These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) are agreed between:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "Aurumaris Professional",
and any person placing an order on aurumaris.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".

2. Purpose

These T&C govern sales of professional cosmetic products made via aurumaris.fr. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&C.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, photographs are not contractual.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros. For individual customers (B2C), prices include VAT. For professionals (B2B), prices are shown excluding VAT.

5. Orders

The Buyer places an order on aurumaris.fr. The order is only final after confirmation and receipt of full payment.

6. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via Viva Wallet.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to metropolitan France and the EU.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

9. Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.

10. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure.

11. Personal Data

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site remain the property of Atequa sarl.

13. Applicable Law

T&C are governed by Luxembourg law.
