If you start an order without completing it, we may send you up to two email reminders within 24 hours (legitimate interest); each email contains an unsubscribe link.

  • Order data and invoices: 10 years
  • Customer account data: duration of relationship + 3 years
  • Contact form: 3 years
  • Cookies: 13 months maximum
  • Unfinished carts (reminders): 90 days

Payment providers (Viva Wallet), delivery providers, hosting provider. No data is sold to third parties. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising pixel), only if you consent.
